The rate of Abusers has become unbecoming in our society, different abusers here and there. At the same time, it is not easy to identity an Abuser, the person being abused are usually too scared to speak up especially if they know who is abusing them.
This is the Parent/Guardian edition on how to spot a possible Abuser. Abusers are everywhere, Guardians have important roles to play in time of protecting their children from being a victim. Spotting and identifying an Abuser or knowing if a child is being abuse is beyond listening, while some children are scared to talk, some are not the speaking type. It is your duty as parent or guardian to pay close attention to your child.
In Addition, girl child are not only the victim of abuse, the boys are more often than the girls. We fail to realize this because more attention is placed on the female child than the male.
HOW TO IDENTITY A POSSIBLE ABUSER
Always Trying To Be Closer To Your Child Or Vice Versa.
You know of someone who is not you but always trying to be around your child or your child trying to be around him/her. Abuser Alert! Monitor their movement before concluding.
Child Immediately Feels Uncomfortable When The Abuser Is Around.
Not all child are the same. Some speak up while some don’t. Pay close attention to your child body language.
An Abuser Can Be Hard On The Child Especially If The Child Is Rejecting His Motives.
Be mindful of anyone who is just hard on your child for no genuine reason.
Easily Accept To Take Care Of Your Child While You Are Away.

POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS THAT A CHILD HAS BEEN ABUSE
DISTANCING: A child who has been abuse, distance him/herself from others. The child is always quiet.
ANXIETY / FEAR: Do your child jump up in fear whenever you come in without prior notice or you touch them? Monitor that child.
DIFFICULTY IN WALKING : This apply to abuses like Defilement, Rape, Fingering etc.
AGGRESSIVENESS: Most of those Children who are abuse especially the boys usually turn to Sadists.
DROP IN ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE. SHUNTING EVERYONE OUT. SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES

Your children dressing is also important, dressing attract different attention, dress to cover them up. Let them know what privacy is. They must knock and seek permission before they enter others room.
